Gerard Reiter brings more than 26 years of experience as an engineer and senior executive in the energy sector. His career spans a range of executive leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Manager Network Planning and Operations at TransGrid, where he led complex planning and operational functions across critical transmission infrastructure.
Gerard specialises in Asset Management Systems, engineering design and design management, contract development, negotiation, and equipment procurement. He has deep expertise in transmission systems and the integration of new generation technologies into the grid.
His executive background provides Axcentium clients with a unique perspective on the challenges facing infrastructure owners, balancing technical integrity, commercial realities, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance.

Craig brings over 30 years of experience in the electricity transmission and distribution industry, gained through senior leadership roles at Ausgrid. His experience spans strategic planning, engineering, major capital works, operations, regulatory strategy, and commercial performance.
With a whole-of-life asset management perspective, Craig has led major capital and maintenance programs and driven best-practice asset management frameworks across complex networks. He combines technical depth with strong stakeholder engagement and program delivery expertise.
Craig strengthens Axcentium’s capability through his deep understanding of medium and low voltage distribution networks, power generation systems, and economic modelling.

Mike Cleary is a seasoned business executive and leader with over 35 years’ experience in electricity and gas operations, forecasting and planning, energy markets, stakeholder relations, information technology, commodities trading and risk management – in over 12 countries, spanning four continents.
His clients are energy utilities, market operators, state and federal Government, regional transmission organisations and infrastructure developers in North America, Europe and Australia. Mike specialises in strategy, government policy, energy markets and system operations, information technology, forecasting and analytics, credit management and stakeholder engagement.
He has held senior leadership positions at AEMO – where has served as Chief Operating Officer – and at ERCOT – as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
